Super.com is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to contribute across frontend and backend, using React on the frontend and Python/Node.js on the backend. You’ll work in an AI-forward environment and leverage tools like GitLab, AWS, Postgres, Redis, and Snowflake.

You will own features end-to-end, deploy and monitor services, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive the platform for fintech, travel, and SuperApp products. Remote-first with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development with Python or Node.js and a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience building web services and using modern web technologies.
• Active use of AI in development workflow and ability to validate AI-generated output.
• Comfortable contributing across backend and frontend based on business needs.
• Desire to work in a startup-like environment, data-driven decisions, and fast iteration.
• Strong communicator; works well in an agile team and participates in standups and planning.
• Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end projects in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment with ownership of the solution.
• Build and operate features across the stack, including deployment, monitoring, and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and shape roadmap for future team projects.
• Work in a data-driven way; run experiments and measure outcomes.
• Contribute to production services' reliability; participate in on-call rotations.
