Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production trading, exchange, or financial infrastructure.
• Proficient in backend languages (Java, C++, Go) and latency-sensitive Linux performance.
• Track record designing and operating highly reliable distributed systems.
• Experience partnering with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver on timelines.
• Genuine interest in crypto and institutional markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate low-latency trading systems across matching, order entry, risk, and market data.
• Own reliability and correctness of 24/7 production systems.
• Translate strategy into quarterly deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead technical design decisions and build consensus with peers.
• Write high-quality, well-tested backend code focusing on latency and throughput.
