Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand in the United States seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global strategy into focused NA priorities and programs. You will lead an eight-person Field Marketing team and coordinate with Sales, CS, Product, and partners to drive growth and revenue.

You will guide multi‑channel campaigns, measure regional KPIs, and optimize programs for maximum ROI, while embodying the brand at industry events and conferences across North America.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 6+ years leading high-performing teams regionally or globally.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing across multiple segments.
• Translate global priorities into regional plans driving pipeline and revenue.
• Strategic vision with analytical rigor; connect data, insights and creativity.
• Experience leading distributed teams with a collaborative style.
• Cross-functional leadership aligning Sales, Marketing, CS and Product.
• Familiar with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital tools.
• Strong business acumen and exceptional communication.
• Experience in multinational organizations and diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into North America priorities and programs.
• Build, coach, and inspire the North America Field Marketing team.
• Drive GTM alignment across Marketing, Sales, and partner functions.
• Oversee multi-channel, integrated campaigns and local adaptations.
• Measure KPIs, analyze results, and optimize ROI regionally.
• Manage NA Field Marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at events and partner forums.
