Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate our global go-to-market strategy into focused regional priorities. You will lead the eight-person North America Field Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Alliances to drive demand, pipeline growth, and revenue in North America.

You’ll shape local programs, measure regional impact with clear KPIs, and represent the brand at industry events and partner forums.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
6+ years leading high-performing teams regionally or globally.
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing across multiple market segments.
Strong ability to translate global priorities into regional plans.
Strategic vision grounded in analytical rigor.
Experience leading diverse, distributed teams.
Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

Responsibilities

Translate global go-to-market strategy into North America priorities and programs.
Coach and develop the North America Field Marketing team.
Align Field Marketing with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Corporate Marketing.
Direct regional activation of multi-channel, integrated campaigns.
Set regional KPIs and translate analytics into actionable insights.
Oversee budget and agency/vendor relationships.
Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at industry events and partner forums.
