Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global strategy into focused NA priorities, accelerating demand, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will lead an eight-person Field Marketing team and collaborate across Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing to deliver integrated regional plans.

The role requires 12+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 6 years leading teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsabilités

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into North America regional priorities and programs
• Lead and coach the 8-person NA Field Marketing team
• Align Field, Revenue, Corporate Marketing with Sales, BDR, Alliances, CS and Product
• Oversee regional campaigns and budget for multi-channel activation
• Measure regional KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize programs
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at key industry events and partner forums
