Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Senior Director of North America Marketing to translate global go-to-market strategy into focused regional priorities that drive demand, pipeline, and revenue across North America.

You will lead an eight-person Field Marketing team, partner with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Corporate Marketing, and advocate for local market needs while influencing global initiatives. Remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Significant experience in B2B SaaS marketing across multiple market segments.
• Demonstrated success translating global priorities into regional plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strategic vision grounded in analytical rigor; connect data, insights, and creativity to shape go-to-market plans.
• Experience leading diverse, distributed teams with a collaborative, growth-oriented style.
• Track record of effective cross-functional leadership and influence across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product.
• Deep familiarity with marketing technology stacks including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital/social tools.
• Strong business acumen with focus on efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communicator, able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Translate global go-to-market strategy into bold, data-informed North America priorities and programs.
• Coach and develop the North America Field Marketing team.
• Coordinate with Sales, BD, Solutions Consulting, Alliances, CS, Product, and global marketing.
• Direct regional campaigns and adapt programs for local market dynamics.
• Set regional KPIs and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Oversee NA Field Marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
• Represent Cornerstone OnDemand at major industry events and partner forums.
