Job summary

HealthyBaby is seeking a Social Media & Content Creation Manager to lead the brand's online voice and community. Hybrid role in New York, NY, reporting to Senior Manager, Social, Influencer & Community Engagement.

You will own content planning, publishing, community management and channel performance in collaboration with creative and marketing teams. You'll shape campaigns, launches and brand moments, partner with creators and healthcare professionals, and help HealthyBaby build

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or agency.
• Passion for social media, parenting, health, wellness or mission-driven brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social media trends.
• Experience creating short-form video content and confidence filming with a mobile device.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for brand content.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of HealthyBaby's organic social channels, including content planning, publishing, caption writing and channel optimization.
• Manage and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring content is planned, organized and published on schedule.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and community growth.
