Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on compensation experience.
• Strong project management skills to handle complex client engagements independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse client audiences.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Client-facing experience delivering consulting services.
• Willingness to share compensation expertise and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client engagements, coordinating with benchmarking, revenue, and internal teams.
• Support and manage compensation projects from strategy through implementation and communications.
• Provide deep compensation consultation on market pricing, salary structure, and job architecture.
• Lead client conversations with senior leaders to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Share knowledge and best practices to support onboarding and peer review.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions and improve processes.
