Job summary

Offchain is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company. You will sit at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution, owning security and technical initiatives while serving as a cross-functional member of the operations team.

The ideal candidate will manage high-visibility projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver with urgency in a fast-growing crypto technology environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to independently drive complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management, or security operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to create structure and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority operational priorities and projects as they arise.
• Partner with People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support needs.
• Project manage cross-functional, high-visibility technical projects.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, and process improvements for compliance and operations.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive accountability and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and resolve them.
• Ensure projects are completed with quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
• Experience with GRC platforms or SOC 2 audits is a plus.
