Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations or related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management or security operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business operations and security project management across teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, and process improvements for compliance.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Identify risks and blockers early and resolve them.
• Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery in a fast-growing tech environment.
