Qualificações

• Foundational understanding of financial markets and crypto interest.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for coordinating with overseas partners.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and learn quickly from feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on leads from company channels, partners, industry events, and social media, and convert them into business outcomes.
• Develop and serve VIP and institutional clients, including quant trading teams, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, building long-term trust relationships.
• Track clients’ trading activity, engagement, and evolving needs, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute client events, then organize and follow up on the leads they generate.
• Research macro trends, industry developments, and competitor activity, and turn them into insights that support business development.
• Apply AI tools across the sales process, including client research, lead generation, outreach drafting, data analysis, and reporting, and proactively explore AI automation to improve personal and team productivity.
