Job summary

Local Infusion seeks a Regional Practice Manager to lead operations across multiple infusion centers in the Cincinnati region. You will oversee clinical operations, access, reimbursement support, staffing, and regulatory compliance while partnering with care teams to ensure timely access and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, ambulatory care, infusion services, or related setting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations and reimbursement.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Ability to independently analyze situations, make decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring compliance and high patient care.
• Lead and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams; foster accountability and improvement.
• Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions supporting care and engagement.
• Monitor regional metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs are followed; identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability.
• Oversee facility readiness, vendor relations, inventory, staffing, and continuity across practices.
• Serve as regional expert for patient access and reimbursement; navigate payer requirements.
• Guide intake, nursing, pharmacy, and revenue cycle to resolve reimbursement challenges.
• Educate teams on insurance processes and promote compliance; address complex issues when needed.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite leadership and support as needed.
