Job summary

Local Infusion in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) to lead operations across multiple infusion centers. You will oversee clinical operations, intake, reimbursement support, staffing, and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely access to therapies and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, Nursing, or related field.
• 3+ years leadership in healthcare operations or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prior authorizations.
• Clinical background preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers.
• Lead and develop regional teams across clinics.
• Drive performance while ensuring patient access and care quality.
• Monitor regional metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure SOPs followed and drive scalability.
• Oversee facility readiness, vendor relationships, and staffing plans.
• Travel regionally for onsite leadership and training.
