House Rx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition as we scale. This player-coach role combines sourcing, operations, and team leadership to build pipelines across product, technology, and clinical roles.

You will shape strategy, optimize processes, and partner with executives to attract top candidates in a remote-first, US-based environment. Applicants must reside in the United States and be excited to drive a mission-driven hiring function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with 3-5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience hiring across product, technology, and clinical/healthcare operations.
• Startup experience in a fast-growing, remote-first environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent sourcing via outbound, referrals, and passive channels to build robust pipelines.
• Own recruiting ops: ATS hygiene, interview design, scorecards, offers, and closing.
• Partner with leaders to align on roles, drive decisions, and deliver data-informed updates.
