Docker, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support our Recruiting Operations during a busy hiring period.

This role focuses on high-volume interview scheduling, administrative coordination, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth behind-the-scenes process. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate logistics, keep systems up to date, and contribute to a positive candidate experience in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar admin role.
• Experience managing high-volume scheduling in fast-paced environments.
• Strong calendar management across multiple time zones.
• Remote-first work experience and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of interviews across recruiters, hiring managers, teams, and time zones.
• Manage complex calendars across time zones quickly and accurately.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Keep ATS records up to date and ensure materials are shared with candidates.
• Open and help manage job-specific Slack channels to keep everyone aligned.
