Job summary

Kodex is hiring our second recruiter to work across the full surface area of the business. You’ll own your reqs end-to-end from day one, and report directly to our Founding Recruiter as we scale. Our search bench spans it all: threat intelligence specialists, go-to-market and customer-facing roles, and increasingly technical seats on engineering teams.

This is not a coordinator role or a specialist seat — you’ll run full-cycle recruiting on any roles thrown your way. This is a rare seat.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in Series A/B or high-growth startups.
• Ability to launch reqs from zero and close candidates.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-context-switching.
• Proven ability to ramp on new domains.

Responsibilities

• Own your roles — end-to-end recruiting across GTM, customer, and technical searches.
• Partner with hiring managers — intake calls, profiles, candidate calibration.
• Build roles and hiring plans in Ashby.
• Source creatively — pipeline building across methods.
• Screen and evaluate candidates.
• Manage offers and close.
