Job summary

Prelim is a remote-first startup hiring its first dedicated recruiter to scale recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting, learn their process, and help improve it with time.

The role focuses on building pipelines via cold outreach, referrals, and events, partnering with hiring managers to define what exceptional looks like for each role, and contributing to campus recruiting efforts while tracking metrics and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong writing skills for JD creation, reports, and offers.
• Ability to handle high throughput: multiple roles, calls, events, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Fill pipelines with cold outreach, referrals, and events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define exceptional roles.
• Help run campus recruiting efforts.
• Track pipeline metrics and report what’s working.
• Protect candidate experience with fast loops and clean closes.
