Job summary

Prelim is a profitable, remote-first startup building a recruiting function from the ground up. You will own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, and implementations, learning from the team that built our processes and ultimately making them better.

You will run sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers, while filling pipelines with outreach, referrals, and events. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define excellence for each role and help scale our campus recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong writing skills for JD's, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal docs
• High throughput experience: customers served, calls made, events run, tickets closed
• Able to learn hard things quickly and show results
• Track record of top-tier performance (early promotion, top rankings, leadership, or started a business)
• Interest in people and ability to persuade and advocate for others
• Nice to have exposure to recruiting, sales, or fintech

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offering through close
• Fill talent pipelines via cold outreach, referrals, and events
• Partner with hiring managers to define exceptional performance per role
• Help run campus recruiting efforts
• Track pipeline metrics and report what works and what doesn’t
• Protect candidate experience with fast loops, clear communication and clean closes
