Job summary

Forma is seeking a Program Manager, Financial Operations to own how member funds move through our platform—from pre-tax contributions to card programs and tax documentation—and to manage the vendor relationships that power this infrastructure. You’ll ensure funds flow smoothly, catch issues early, and collaborate with banking operations and engineering to improve processes over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, financial operations, or technical program management in fintech or HR tech.
• Experience managing vendor or banking infrastructure relationships, negotiating contracts with financial institutions.
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret operational data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial plans and forecasts.
• Own end-to-end fund flow operations for member funds, including HSA contributions and tax documentation.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and act as primary contact for each.
• Triage and resolve daily escalations related to fund flows, card operations, and vendor issues.
• Partner with banking operations to streamline day-to-day processes.
• Lead or support technical projects for vendor integrations and platform changes.
• Monitor fund flow and vendor data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide data and analysis to support invoicing and cross-functional finance needs.
