Job summary

Forma is seeking a Program Manager, Financial Operations to own the operational backbone of member funds movement—pre-tax contributions, card programs, and tax documentation—and to manage vendor relationships powering that infrastructure. You’ll work with banking operations and engineering to keep things running and improve them over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, financial operations, or technical program management.
• Experience managing vendor or banking infrastructure relationships.
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret operational data.
• Excellent executive communication for non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering on integrations and tooling.
• Familiarity with HSA administration or card programs is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial plans and forecasts.
• Own end-to-end fund flow operations for member funds, including HSA contributions and card programs.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with financial infrastructure vendors as primary contact.
• Triage and resolve daily escalations related to fund flows, card operations, and vendor issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Support to keep systems running and improved.
• Partner with banking operations to identify gaps and streamline processes.
• Lead or support technical project management for vendor integrations and platform changes.
• Monitor fund flow and vendor data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Support tax documentation processes and vendor coordination for accurate forms.
