Booksy Inc. is seeking an Associate Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead a small, high‑impact team while remaining hands‑on on critical platform work.

You will design Terraform/Terragrunt modules on Google Cloud, champion data security controls, and create self‑service tools for downstream data teams to build with confidence. Qualifications

• 5+ years in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps with people leadership.
• Extensive IaC experience using Terraform/Terragrunt, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GKE, IAM) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small 2–3 person platform engineering team; coach and drive agile delivery.
• Design reliable Terraform/Terragrunt modules on GCP; promote security controls and governance.
• Build self‑service developer tools for downstream data teams to operate confidently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform reliability and customer enablement.
