Job summary

Remote People is hiring a Partnership Sales Manager to scale a revenue-generating partner ecosystem across the Americas. You will drive partner-led revenue through strategic alliances with PEOs, payroll providers, HR tech platforms, agencies, and consulting firms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in partnerships or sales, a strong network in HR tech, and a proven track record of hitting quotas. This role offers a remote-first environment with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years in partnerships, BD or sales in HR Tech/SAAS.
2+ years managing partner-driven revenue channels.
Track record of meeting revenue targets in quota roles.
Strong network in HR Tech, payroll or related ecosystem.
Experience building partnerships from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Build a scalable partner ecosystem across the Americas.
Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (PEOs, payroll providers, agencies).
Generate new business opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
Own partner-sourced revenue targets and close opportunities.
Develop relationships and provide enablement resources for partners.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales for co-selling initiatives.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Track partner performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
Provide insights on market opportunities and growth strategies.
