Sword Health is seeking a Director of Consultant Relations to lead strategic alliances with top-tier benefits consulting and brokerage firms in the United States. You will manage executive relationships, shape territory strategy, and convert influence into consistent pipeline growth for Sword’s AI Care platform.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience working at or interfacing with WTW, Aon, Mercer, or Lockton
• 8+ years of progressive experience in consultant relations or benefits consulting within employer health benefits
• Proven track record of building high-impact relationships that translate to revenue and pipeline growth
• Strong business development and multi-threading capabilities across large enterprises
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills for senior decision-makers
• High comfort with a metrics-driven environment and CRM hygiene (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Drive territory strategy and build executive consultant relationships to generate net-new opportunities
• Expand executive alliance coverage with national and regional firm offices
• Map key stakeholders across consulting practices and influencers
• Enable consultant positioning with executive briefings and clinical impact updates
• Partner with Sales and CS leadership to align co-selling strategies
• Lead participation in consulting firm vendor programs and alignment sessions
• Design regional events and executive roundtables to deepen engagement and pipeline
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce
