Job summary

Sword Health, Inc. seeks a Partner Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a portfolio of partner relationships. This individual-contributor role handles configuration, billing, integrations, implementations, escalations, and account business reviews.

The right candidate brings operational rigor for multi-stakeholder partnerships end to end. The role requires experience with complex partner workflows, strong analytical thinking, and excellent judgment to escalate or resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking foundations; synthesize facts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting.
• Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track.
• Run partner-level escalations to resolution, looping in Partner Sales, Product, Client and Data Operations, or Customer Success as needed.
• Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Partner Sales, Client and Data Operations, Product, and Customer Success to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early.
