Job summary

Jump 450 Media LLC is a remote-friendly agency delivering elite customer acquisition and performance media buying. This Paid Search Associate role targets ecommerce and DTC brands, with hands-on management in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive measurable revenue.

You will develop testing roadmaps with Acquisition Directors, analyze performance data, and implement optimizations to meet client KPIs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of hands-on paid search management experience.
• Experience managing ecommerce or DTC paid search campaigns with revenue goals.
• Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Merchant Center.
• Experience optimizing Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Build and manage scalable ecommerce account structures including Shopping, Performance Max, brand, and non-brand search campaigns.
• Conduct search term analysis and implement negative keyword strategies to reduce wasted spend and improve targeting.
• Manage and optimize bidding strategies including tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions, and Max Conversion Value.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue.
• Monitor pacing, budgets, and spend across campaigns to ensure efficient growth.
• Create clear performance reports and present insights to internal teams and clients.
