Nen Creative is seeking a Business Operations Associate to help run and improve the systems behind a fast-growing creative studio. You will work with Finance & Ops Lead and leadership across recruiting, people operations, finance administration, and internal systems.

Own day-to-day workflows and help scale processes with automation. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, resourceful, and eager to take ownership; you’ll gain exposure to many parts

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience; startup, high-growth, or builder experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting operations, including maintaining hiring plans, coordinating with recruiters, scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, collecting feedback, and keeping searches moving
