Job summary

ePromos Promotional Products, LLC is seeking a Program Account Manager (PAM) to lead the online store for client programs. You will partner with sales and operations to drive store performance, optimize user experience, and manage campaigns and inventories.

The role requires 5+ years in online store account management within branded/promotional merchandise, strong communication, and proficiency with store platforms and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive online store account management experience in branded and promotional merchandise sector.
• Proven work experience in an online store/corporate programs, branded merchandise support role, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client sales growth and drive results.
• Working knowledge of online store platforms and features.
• Strong operational and project management skillset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence Client stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Enterprise Business Manager (EBM) and Account Manager (AM) to develop strategic business plans and execute them.
• Ensure adherence to all SOPs and SLAs and optimize the Client store experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage online store initiatives and inventory.
• Oversee merchandising, product data, and vendor relations for client programs.
• Prepare standard and client-specific reports and support client reviews.
