Job summary

BILL is a rapidly growing fintech company hiring a Product Manager for the FinSuite Platform. You will own a defined area, write requirements, and partner with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to deliver customer-centric features.

This remote-first role offers collaboration across offices in San Jose and Draper, with a focus on payments and financial services. You will shape AI-enabled experiences and contribute to the team’s roadmap and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent ownership of customer and business outcomes.
• Experience shipping software end to end with engineering and design, including writing requirements and driving launches.
• Strong written communication and ability to size opportunities using data.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area within FinSuite Platform from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Write product requirements, user stories, success metrics, rollout plans, and launch readiness materials.
• Drive day-to-day squad execution, including sprint participation, prioritization, risk identification, and cross-team dependency management.
• Build and maintain a quarterly roadmap for the owned area with a biannual view of priorities and sequencing.
• Define and track metrics for the owned workstream including adoption, reliability, and revenue enablement.
