BILL, a rapidly growing fintech company, is hiring for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who will lead a high‑volume CS team, align customer outcomes with retention, and drive net revenue expansion. You will own ramp, motion, and results while coordinating with sales, support, product, and finance in a remote‑first environment.

The role emphasizes building structure in fast‑moving settings, coaching reps, and managing escalations across thousands of accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high‑volume customer success or account management team.
• Ability to build structure and process in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong coaching instincts to develop reps, not just manage them.
• Experience with CRM and CS tooling; Gainsight a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own team performance: weekly reviews, quarterly assessments, and annual performance cycles for a scaling CS team.
• Maintain motion coverage: renewals, wallet share, onboarding, and escalation handling.
• Oversee cross‑functional initiatives and special projects.
• Drive new hire ramp and establish a consistent operating cadence from day one.
