Job summary

ClearDemand is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to own end-to-end delivery of its pricing optimization platform for new customers. You will drive five concurrent workstreams from kickoff to go-live, coordinating internal engineers and customer stakeholders to hit target timelines.

You will lead discovery, translate pricing strategies into platform configurations, and manage data integrations and training.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, project mgmt or onboarding for B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
• Ability to translate data requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation plan for new customers across five workstreams.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact during implementation.
• Lead discovery sessions to map pricing strategy to platform configuration.
• Coordinate data integrations and solution configuration across modules.
• Plan and deliver end-user training and UAT ahead of go-live.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation to keep timelines.
• Communicate status, milestones, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
