Job summary

Sapiens seeks a delivery-focused Manager, Pricing Operations to run the day-to-day pricing engine across the business, ensuring fast, accurate answers for Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance. You will lead a small operations team, maintain the price book, and drive AI-enabled tooling adoption as the company shifts to a subscription-led model.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Pricing and collaborates with RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance, and FP&A across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in pricing operations, rev ops, deal desk, or commercial operations in enterprise B2B software
• Experience running pricing or deal operations at scale with SLAs & data quality ownership
• Proven ability to lead or develop others as a manager or player-coach

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small pricing operations team, line-managing Analysts
• Own pricing governance processes within deal workflows and ensure timely execution
• Maintain enterprise price book as single source of truth across licences, SaaS, services, and consumption models
• Operate pricing toolset (calculators, scenario tools, CPQ, Salesforce configurations) owned by Sales/Deal Desk
• Deliver pricing performance reporting to commercial leadership on discounts, renewals, indexation, and win/loss metrics
• Drive AI-enabled tooling adoption to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Safeguard pricing data quality and enforce process compliance across the sales organization
