Job summary

Manifest Law is a remote-first immigration firm, open to candidates in the United States, seeking a Practice Leader to build and run a premier corporate immigration practice. You will manage H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2 matters, and own enterprise client relationships with accountability for growth and profitability.

You’ll drive business development, lead a team of attorneys, and leverage Manifest OS to amplify performance, with compensation aligned to practice health and outcomes.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar admission in the United States.
• Experience owning client relationships end to end across immigration matters.
• Track record managing or developing legal teams with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Comfort with public visibility, thought leadership, and professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for employer clients (H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2) with growth, quality, and profitability.
• Own enterprise client relationships and program management defining the practice.
• Drive business development and marketing for your practice, growing existing accounts and new ones.
• Build and lead a team: hire, develop, and uphold Manifest's standards across consultations and case production.
• Use Manifest's AI-powered platform as a performance multiplier for your team.
• Own pod profitability directly: compensation tied to practice health, not fixed docket.
