Job summary

Partner Company, a growing remote-first team in India, seeks a hands-on HR and talent acquisition lead. You will own the people function, build HR policies, manage onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records for scalable growth.

You will own end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination—standardize workflows, and collaborate with leadership to continually improve the employee experience.

• Strong English communication and organizational skills; remote work readiness.
