Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR Business Partner/HR Director (Core Business Unit) based in India for a globally distributed, remote-first organization. You will shape people strategies, oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement and retention in collaboration with international leaders and teams.

You will drive HR initiatives, apply compensation and benefits expertise, and use workforce analytics to optimize staffing and performance in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as HRBP or HR Director in international digital/IT/product org.
• Experience implementing core employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, development, succession, termination, performance.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency, engagement and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Align workforce management and engagement initiatives with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to ensure right people in the right roles and consistent HR processes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, succession planning and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics like payroll budgets, turnover, and engagement to identify improvements.
