Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Licensing & Regulatory Programs professional to join the Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs team. You will support state licensing, reporting, and regulatory filings for products and services, collaborating across legal, compliance, finance, and tax.

This remote-first role reports to the Director, Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs. The USA base pay ranges reflect different states and market norms, with generous benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of licensing/compliance/regulatory experience in consumer financial services.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Strong project management, critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support state licensing and reporting for new product launches.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, tax to meet licensing obligations.
• Maintain central repository for licensing and reporting obligations.
• Prepare renewal applications and filings across licensing jurisdictions.
• Assist with NMLS licensing, reporting, and other regulatory filings.
• Develop processes using AI to increase licensing program efficiency.
