Job summary

You will work with legal, compliance, product, and business leaders to support licensing programs and reporting obligations while driving process improvements and AI-enabled efficiencies. The role reports to the Director, Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs, and requires strong project

Qualifications

• 5 years of licensing/compliance/regulatory experience ideally related to consumer financial services.
• Outstanding time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Proven project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to learn, humility, integrity, and teamwork in a small, fast-growing team.
• Ability to work with limited supervision while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support state licensing and reporting for new product launches.
• Collaborate with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax to meet regulatory obligations.
• Maintain central repository for licensing obligations and filings.
• Prepare renewal applications and MSB reports.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to fulfill ongoing licensing requirements.
• Develop processes and leverage AI to increase efficiency in licensing program.
• Assist in research and build licensing requirements into the management tool.
