Coinbase is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of KYC in Central Compliance to own the global strategy, policy, and execution for KYC. You will lead a team of KYC professionals, advise across functions, and ensure scalable solutions that meet evolving global regulatory requirements.

You will drive cross-jurisdiction program design, manage regulatory reporting, and partner with Legal, Operations, and Product to implement new KYC initiatives while maintaining a strong governance posture for Coinbase's

Competenze

• 10+ years building and running KYC programs in financial services
• Deep knowledge of AML, CTF, and sanctions regs across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to scale KYC programs from design to execution
• Experience as senior escalation point for onboarding and KYC matters
• Ability to report KPIs and program health to executives and regulators

• Own end-to-end strategic direction of Coinbase's Global KYC program across entities
