Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of KYC within Central Compliance to own the global strategy, policy, and program execution for KYC across all Coinbase regulated entities. The KYC function operates as a shared services model, providing advisory to global business lines.

You will manage a team of KYC professionals, partner with operations, product, and regulatory stakeholders, and ensure KYC scales with the business while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing KYC programs at a financial institution.
• Experience managing people and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions regulations and global jurisdictional nuances.

• Own the end-to-end strategic direction of Coinbase's Global KYC program across regulated entities.
• Lead a team of KYC professionals and ensure consistent execution across jurisdictions.
• Drive KYC issue management, corrective actions, and enterprise-wide process design.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal to scale KYC for new products and launches.
• Serve as DRI for regulatory reporting and provide KPIs to executives.
• Shape interpretation of global KYC requirements with Legal and Compliance.
