Qualifications

• Experience scaling a global KYC program from design to execution.
• Senior escalation point for KYC/onboarding matters.
• Ability to report to executives and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategic direction of Coinbase's Global KYC program across entities.
• Lead a team of KYC professionals and set performance standards.
• Drive global KYC issue management and remediation efforts.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, and legal to launch KYC initiatives.
• Serve as DRI for regulatory reporting and executive KPI reporting.
• Shape interpretation of global KYC requirements with scalable solutions.
