Coinbase, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Head of KYC in Central Compliance to own the global KYC strategy, policy, and execution across regulated entities. You will lead a multilingual team, oversee program design, and drive scalable processes that meet evolving global regulations.

You will partner with Legal, Ops, Product, and Engineering to implement KYC initiatives for new products and jurisdictions, delivering senior management reporting and KPI health insights.

Qualifications

• KYC program leadership and design experience.
• Strong understanding of AML/CTF/sanctions regimes and multi-jurisdictional rollout.
• Proven ability to translate regulations into scalable KYC processes.
• Experience serving as escalation point for onboarding and regulatory matters.
• Track record of executive reporting on program health and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end strategic direction of Coinbase's Global KYC program across entities.
• Lead a team of KYC professionals and set performance standards across jurisdictions.
• Drive KYC issue management, corrective actions, and improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal to enable KYC for new launches.
• Serve as the DRI for regulatory reporting and executive KPI updates.
• Shape global KYC requirements with cross-functional stakeholders to balance compliance and velocity.
