Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading KYC programs at a financial institution or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of AML/CTF/sanctions regulations and how to apply them globally.
• Proven track record scaling a global KYC program from design to execution.
• Experience as senior escalation point for onboarding and KYC matters.
• Ability to report KPIs to executives and regulators clearly.
