You will act as the operational link between account teams, clients, and production partners, manage budgets and resources, and help transform ambitious concepts into engaging experiences while remote work with onsite travel for events.

Qualifications

• At least two years of project management experience in creative settings.
• Experience managing multiple projects across print, digital, video, and content.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to document processes and establish repeatable workflows.
• Knowledge of onsite event production and staging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsabilités

• Own project intake, scope, and kickoff with teams and leads.
• Develop schedules across print, digital, video, and animation.
• Coordinate client and vendor reviews, approvals, and asset routing.
• Monitor budgets, track hours and materials, and flag risks.
• Plan resources with discipline leads to balance workloads.
• Oversee onsite event execution and last-minute content changes.
