jobgether seeks a Sr. Manager, Events in the United States to lead the global events strategy and execution.

The role transforms in-person and virtual experiences into measurable business results, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to maximize pipeline and revenue impact. You will own the events portfolio, drive scalable processes, and build field engagement programs while leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance across markets.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of event marketing experience.
• Experience managing global event programs.
• Strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success and Enablement teams.
• Experience managing six- or seven-figure event budgets.
• Data-driven approach to measuring event ROI.

Mansioni

• Own the global events strategy and calendar, prioritizing investments by pipeline potential and audience fit.
• Manage the global events budget, forecasting, vendor contracts, negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
• Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution across markets.
• Develop integrated pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Enablement to align objectives.
• Set goals and report ROI to senior marketing leadership.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations for attribution and data integrity.
