Dragos, Inc. is seeking a dedicated post-sales technical manager to lead a federal CX team, guiding engineers, product management, OT Watch & Intel to ensure adoption and value realization of the Dragos Platform.

You will translate complex security concepts for senior stakeholders, drive transformational programs, and partner with engineering to address technical requirements, delivering a world-class customer experience.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading a customer-facing team in a security context.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as energy or manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM technologies (Splunk/Elastic).
• Strong ability in network traffic analysis and incident response.

• Build, mentor, and coach a federal post-sales team for customer success.

• Develop deep understanding of Dragos Platform capabilities and industry challenges.
