Dragos is seeking a dedicated post-sales technical manager to lead a federal CX team focused on customer adoption and value realization of the Dragos Platform. You will collaborate with engineering, product, OT Watch & Intel, and sales leaders to remove barriers and ensure successful outcomes for critical infrastructure customers.

The role requires deep security expertise in industrial environments, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical details into business impact.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading a customer-facing team.
• Experience in security at industrial sectors (energy/manufacturing).
• Experience with SIEM technologies such as Splunk or Elastic.
• Advanced skills in network traffic analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

• Develop understanding of Dragos Platform and industry challenges.
• Establish relationships with senior customer stakeholders to align on technical needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to guide platform development for adoption.
• Participate in roadmap planning to advocate for customer needs.
• Improve frameworks, methodologies, and tools to scale the team.
• Define KPIs and report performance to leadership.
