Qualifications

• Family law experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in e-filing with county court systems.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of family law matters from hire through resolution alongside multiple attorneys.
• Draft and prepare filings to keep matters moving and e-file with county court systems.
• Own deadlines; manage calendars and filing dates.
• Talk to clients, answer questions and follow up as needed.
• Keep matters organized and up-to-date so any file is easy to review.
• Collaborate with attorneys as a colleague, not just via email.
