Job summary

Move is an embedded talent consultancy partnering with AI-native companies to scale elite technical teams. You will own full-cycle hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, data and product roles, embedded inside client teams.

You'll build technical credibility, coach hiring managers, and leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate hiring across international clients in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring technical talent at a high bar across software, AI/ML, infrastructure or data.
• Evidence of leveraging AI to improve recruiting with awareness of strengths and limits.
• Well-formed opinions, loosely held and open to evidence-based change.
• Composure in ambiguity and ability to bring order to new clients or processes.
• Communication backed by logic and data, especially with a disagreeing hiring manager.
• Curiosity to become smarter in six months.
• UK-based and able to travel to London for client days and team sessions.

Responsibilities

• Run structured, deep intakes to enable downstream work.
• Own technical roles from search strategy through to offer inside the client's team.
• Head-hunt engineers who aren't looking, using AI-enabled reach while keeping judgment yours.
• Build credibility on stack, architecture and problems to earn engineers' respect.
• Coach hiring managers on calibration, interview design and feedback.
• Build hiring foundations with appropriate structure to move fast.
• Report on pipeline health, wins, losses, and actions taken.
