The candidate will advise on HAVA/NVRA, security considerations, and integration points (DMV, ERIC, vital records) and contribute to AlphaGov proposals. This is a 1099 project-based engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in election administration or statewide voter registration systems.
• Knowledge of HAVA and NVRA requirements.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant.

Responsibilities

• Assess voter registration, list maintenance, and election management workflows.
• Define requirements for statewide voter registration system modernization.
• Advise on HAVA, NVRA, and security requirements and integrations (DMV, ERIC, vital records).
• Support vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and testing.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narratives to proposals when authorized.
