AlphaGov is seeking an Election Administration Systems Modernization Consultant to support state and local clients from a remote-first setup with occasional travel.

You will assess voter registration workflows, define modernization requirements, advise on compliance with HAVA/NVRA, assist in vendor evaluation and testing, and help craft qualifications and past-performance narratives for proposals when authorized.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience with election administration or statewide voter registration systems.
• Knowledge of HAVA and NVRA requirements.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.

• Assess voter registration, list maintenance, and election management workflows
• Define requirements for statewide voter registration system modernization
• Advise on HAVA, NVRA, and security requirements and integrations (DMV, ERIC, vital records)
• Support vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and testing
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming
