AlphaGov is seeking an Election Administration Systems Modernization Consultant to advance state-level voter registration and election management modernization projects. The role involves defining requirements, advising on HAVA/NVRA, and supporting vendor evaluations.

This remote-first, project-based engagement requires at least 5 years of experience and comfort with 1099 consulting, with travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in election administration or statewide voter registration systems.
• Knowledge of HAVA and NVRA requirements.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.

Responsabilités

• Assess voter registration, list maintenance, and election management workflows.
• Define requirements for statewide voter registration system modernization.
• Advise on HAVA, NVRA, and security requirements and integrations (DMV, ERIC, vital records).
• Support vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and testing.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming.
